理查德·德莱福斯,丹尼·德维托,芭芭拉·赫希Tin Men is one of my favorite movies of all time. The thing that always strikes me whenever I watch this movie is that while the characters of Richard Dreyfuss and Danny DeVito are seemingly feuding non-stop throughout the movie, in reality they are actually kindred spirits. It's like they see themselves in the other but don't really like what they see. Barbara Hershey is great as the haggard housewife who looks for something more fulfilling in her life. All the supporting cast is excellent. I love the diner dialog which is reminiscent of Barry Levinson's previous film "Diner." The background scenes of Baltimore landscape add to the realistic atmosphere of the movie. Overall, I think this movie is vastly underrated. I'd love to see a sequel with Dreyfuss and DeVito as partners in a VW dealership.

Leatherfaze from the Texas Chainzaw Mazzacre and the Alfraid Hitchcock silhouette, from the TV show will face no lesser complications in trying to turn a chainsaw on and in overcoming common fears, because the Master of Suspence will appear to be surprisingly more fearful than the victims in his movies... But he's in good company, since an animated Inspector Clouzeau, from The Pink Panfher's saga title sequence, won't prove to be brave enough in fighting a pink panther that's much wilder than we used to know... Rochy Balboa will show the other characters what it takes to fight your inner enemies, in "Rochy vs Ranbo", but won't be prepared for an unexpected ...

威廉·鲍威尔,玛娜·洛伊,格洛丽亚·格雷厄姆Society sleuths Nick and Nora Charles investigate a murder aboard a floating casino. Nick and Nora Charles are attending a charity benefit aboard a gambling ship. After a murder occurs, suspicion falls on Phil Brant, who had argued with the victim earlier in the evening. When Phil and his wife seek help from Nick and Nora, Nick refuses to get involved. But when shots are fired outside his own apartment, Nick begins to investigate, and he soon finds himself in a confusing case with numerous suspects. Nick and Nora Charles were the ultimate screen couple, husband and wife detectives, always in step and never missing an opportunity to outwit one another as they solved each crime, which they did just in time for the movie's ending. Myrna Loy was a fantastic Nora, the ideal wife and considering she made 14 movies with William Powell, she made it look like they were really married. The Thin Man movies, all six of them, played more like sophisticated screwball comedies than murder mysteries, and their comic banter enhanced the proceedings. Their little wire-haired terrier, Asta, quite often stole the scene as he helped sleuth out the guilty party. He was a great little actor and rumor had it that away from the Thin Man movies, Asta was really Skippy. However, the six Thin Man movies credit this cute pooch as "Asta."
